The thing about BBW is that the quality of the food keeps on getting worse and worse, and the service is pretty piss poor as well. I went in to get a pickup order and I was immediately scammed into getting a bucket of 25 wings (I'm not much of a people person and I wanted to get my order and leave, that was my fault more or less). I waited well over fifteen minutes, and this review would have been different if it wasn't Saturday and there was no CFB to watch. I eventually got my wings and was on my way. The food is nothing spectacular. The frozen wings that can be bought at your local freezer section are probably the same taste and price-wise, if not cheaper. It's definitely a good place to go if you want to spend some cash. The only bonus to this place is that it provides a good sports watching atmosphere with the TVs and the bar it provides. The benefits don't outweigh the negatives. I'd look elsewhere for wings, and to be frank, there are pizza chains that provide the same quality (if not better), and most deliver to your house. Save your time.

Terrible service. Told it would be a 15 minute wait when there were multiple open tables. Bartender would not serve us drinks while we were waiting for our table. Also it smelled like a public bathroom and vomit all rolled in one. Finally a nice waiter came and seated us after the two grumps at the door who are IN CHARGE OF SEATING PEOPLE paid us no attention but unfortunately the poor attitude I was greeted with combined with the unsavory sewage aroma left me with no appetite and a tension headache.

Our server "Teresa" kept disappearing. She came to take our order after about a half an hour...our food didn't come out for another half hour (I was ready to walk-but I'm by that mean and I wasn't the only one. The table next to us took their order to go). She 1) brought me the wrong dish, and 2) got my brothers order wrong-he ordered the 10 PC, he was given like...18. 3) my sons oranges had mold or some shit on it.

The wait at this restaurant was more than double what we were told. When we did get a table, our waitress was nonexistent. Instead of turning over tables, the staff allowed at least ten finished tables to remain seated without ordering. On an incredibly busy night, the restaurant scheduled three bartenders and we had to wait fifteen minutes to even get a beer to drink while we waited for our table. This was the second time we had to wait so long so it merited a review.

Average at best, I think The wings were ok I think - I really liked the Asian Zing, all else was meh. The fish tacos were ok, and my drinks were strong. I got the wrong drink twice, my server looked absolutely clueless and dumb. Service was meager and borderline missing. There are enough screens to keep everyone happy..

Marcus at the bar is the best tender I've ever encountered... And I have been to hundred of bars. He is very professional, a great brand ambassador for BWW. He should be a franchise trainer. Thanks for the great experience.

Service was very slow. We got our drink orders immediately but it only took her 30 mins to come back and tell us she would "be right back to take our orders" 20 mins later we order in a hurry because we were starved. Little did we know the food would arrive close to 40 mins later. Ridiculous! Not a very positive visit.

My friends and I use to frequent this place during football season because it was the only place we could all watch our teams play but the service was always terrible and we usually would leave saying we need a new spot to go, though we would always return thinking it would be better. I've had enough with people blaming the bad service on football season or other sporting events, it's Wednesday night with nothing going on and we just got our entrees before drinks. This place is terrible and I'll never be back.. Even during football season

After many bad experiences with this particular Buffalo Wild Wings, I decided to never go back. I started going since the very first weekend that it opened, and swore it off after many unacceptable experiences. Overall, the service was good while sitting at the bar, but that was 100% dependent on who was working. I had some of the best service, but also some of the worst. The food on the other hand, no. And I mean NO, NO, NO. Shredded, fried garbage. I wish I had good things to say about this place because it is located in a prime spot, right next to LSU campus, but there is no way that I will give them another dollar from my pocket.

In the past, I've had "okay" experiences with BWW. But this past month, I've had some issues. I came last Monday night and had a mediocre server - very nice, but not very attentive. I can totally understand server/staff shortages as I use to work in a restaurant. However, I don't think there should be any reason why the appetizers came out at the same time as the entrees did. Sure, we had that happen in the restaurant I worked in, but we made it right. I experienced this on Monday night and now, as I sit here on Friday night, am having the same experience. Appetizers being served with entrees. In addition, it took 15 minutes for me to receive the margarita I ordered (I'd also like to add that there was a fruit fly floating in it, which yeah, it happens). Naturally, it was watered down by the time it got to the table. As I stated before, I understand the restaurant is busy. I expect a wait. But when I bring said margarita to the bar and the bartender says "yeah, I figured you'd bring it back. It's been siting there for a while" then I have a problem. Sure, it's my server's responsibility to bring it to the table, but where's the bartender in this situation? Where's the manager? Other servers? When this happens to me three times (I haven't mentioned the first time when my spinach dip appetizer came after my burger arrived), I can't help but want to write a review. This will be the last time I visit BWW until I hear of changes. **I do want to make it clear that the wait staff is very nice, I've never had an attitude issue. I commend them on that. As far as attentiveness, maybe something they can work on.

The wait for 10 wings for pick up exceeded 50 minutes. I will NOT be returning to this BWW. The service in this place is absolutely pitiful. And the food sucked.

I went to BWW yesterday for the Saints game. My experience was OK but not the greatest. The restaurant was pretty busy because of the game but not PACKED; however, our server could NEVER be found. I joined my party after they had been seated for a little while and waited about 15 minutes before the server even walked by our table. Apparently, this was her trend throughout the day since 2 members of my party had already had their drinks comped since they had to wait on her for a long time as well. I had no idea where she kept disappearing to since we didn't see her roaming around the restaurant either. After she returned with my drink, I decided to go ahead and place all my food related orders at once so I wouldn't have to wait on her to show back up. The food and drinks were up to par for BWW, so no complaints there. I think I'll just order my food to-go and watch the game elsewhere next time.

There are 2 people in restaurant, me and my friend. Time till I received my drink, 11 minutes. We had at least 6 waiters look at us and decide that they didn't want to help us. I can always rely on the food to be decent but the service is mega awful.

Honestly, I only went the other night because they were offering a fund-raiser for a local nonprofit I support. I got a couple of appetizers because I wanted to try a few different things from the menu. The quesadilla and the wings were quite tasty. I got the Asian Zinger wings; they were a nice balance between sweet and spicy. The quesadilla had a nice kick to it, and while I don't typically like pico de gallo, it worked in this instance. Now, the reason I gave it only 3 stars: the rest of the meal was sub-par and tasted heavily processed. The cheese sauce was bland yet surprisingly salty. The pretzels just didn't taste like much of anything. The spinache & artichoke dip was profoundly disappointing, it was thin and had very little flavor, and I don't remember any artichoke at all. The jalapeno poppers were ok, but not spectacular: neither good or bad. Overall, the atmosphere was ok, a little low-key, but it was a Monday night. I would go if they are having a fundraiser or if you are sticking to the wings.

The wings are tiny! The wings are small and if you get them late at night they taste old and dry. Second, the SERVICE SUCKS! Servers and managers know that if you're unhappy with your overall experience, it doesn't matter, because soon there will be another customer to take your place. This place is as generic as they come. If you want wings try: Pluckers, Chimes or Koi ( yes even a Sushi restaurant has better wings) If you want to play trivia try Chimes on a Monday night or Chimes East on Thursday. Want to watch the game...that can be done almost anywhere in Baton Rouge.

I have been to Buffalo Wild Wings several times as my friends are in love with the atmosphere and enjoy watching sporting events on their many many flat screen and big screen TVs. Despite the fact that I vehemently object every time someone suggests this place we always wind up going back. There are several things wrong with this place, which I will list throughout this review, most center around the quality of the food. The major gripe that makes the top of my list is the fact that they have buffalo wings in the title of their bar and can't even make a decent wing! The wings have that obvious previously frozen - preservatives and water added taste to them which immediately throws the quality of the wings down a few notches. They try to make up for this by drowning the wings in one of their many sauces all of which don't compensate for the fact that their wings are often overcooked. I don't understand how a place that is based around making buffalo wings can make such bad buffalo wings and still be in business. My only guess is that people go for the atmosphere and not the food. Other food items on the menu are equally unpalatable including their southwest dippers and there cheese-fry puck like things. They also price their beers way above what many other local bars charge makes this an expensive and unrewarding place to go. The only two things this place has going for it is the fact that they hire young hot college aged waitresses that seem eager to flirt for extra tips and their huge tv's showing every sporting event from across the globe.

Wow...what a difference three weeks makes! Last month my wife and I came here on Wednesday night for trivia and dinner. The trivia was great, the food was great, the atmosphere was great, and the server (Olivia) was fantastic. This week, we return to find most everything had changed for the worse. The trivia was just sports trivia, and although I dig sports, my wife's not all into it, so it was just meh. Plus the teams were all using their phones to find the answers...where's the challenge in that! So that pretty much sucked. The food was so-so (my fish n chips was fish and tortilla chips...although the menu had it right with fries). The place was freezing, and they changed from Coke to Pepsi! What happened to BDubs! The only good thing was that Olivia was still there. Of course, most BWW's that we have visited around the country have been average at best, but this one had promise. Until tonight, of course. Not worth driving from the East side anymore.

For a chain, I am actually pleased with the food and service vs. the BWW on Bluebonnet. It's right on LSU campus (oh how long I've waited for this day) with plenty of tables and bar area to suit your groups and tastes. All the staff, and I do mean all, greeted my group and me, our server made sure we had everything we needed, and the food was just good! Well, I didn't get food poisoning, if that counts :)
